The Registration Subcommittee is happy to announce the following information:

  • The target date for the Subcommittee to mail pre-registration packets is by July 15, 2002.
  • Full member registration fee will be $150.00 (If payment is received by September 16, 2002).
  • Full non-member registration fee will be $175.00 (If payment is received by September 16, 2002).
  • Late registrations (received after September 16, 2002) will include a surcharge of $50.00.
  • Continuing education fees will be $100 for half day sessions and $150 for full day sessions for members; $125 for half day sessions and $175 for full day sessions for non-members.
