The Biomedical Collection II (BC II) database has been added to the VUMC Ovid system. As with the Core Biomedical Collection (which was made available on the VUMC network last June) there are links between Medline citations and the full-text articles available in the BC II database. The Ovid system now provides access to 30 full-text biomedical journals.

To add BC II to the list of available databases in the Ovid graphical-user-interface (GUI) you must update your Ovid client software by clicking on the Ovid Client Setup icon. The Ovid Client software (for Windows only) is available at ftp://www.mc.vanderbilt.edu/pub/ovid
