The journal collection includes 2000+ subscriptions.
- Journals are shelved alphabetically by title
- Titles starting with an acronym are shelved at the beginning of the appropriate letter. For example, AORN Journal is shelved at the beginning of the "A"s
- Journal issues published prior to 1975* are in storage. To use them, place a Storage Retrieval Request. (* For some popular journal titles, the years 1970-74 are also housed in EBL.)
- Most journals do not circulate
- The few circulating journals are identified in our online catalog by the item type PERI-CIRC; non-circulating journals have the item type PERIODICAL
- First Floor
- High use journal titles -- the most recently received issue of each of these titles is on the current display shelves (first two reading alcoves past the entrance).
New journal titles -- will be held on the current display shelves (with the designation NEW on the covers).
- Second Floor
- Titles A-J (1975 to the present)
- Third Floor
- Titles K-Z (1975 to the present)
