As part of the Informatics Center's planning process, faculty, students and staff share their visions for integrating information technology with health care to improve patient outcomes. This series of videos, begun in 1993 and continuing through the present, chronicles these evolving visions and our successes in bringing these visions to life. The videos are specifically intended to show benefits of integrating information resources and to stimulate further creative thinking and input. Some aspects of the scenarios in these videos are futuristic, but the scenarios are largely grounded in existing technologies or process changes that increase patient-provider interaction.
The videos are arranged below by year of production. Follow the links to synopses of the videos and to select your preferred viewing format.
