DIGITAL COPIERS
EBL has five public-use copiers.
Three newer Ricoh Alficio MP 2550 copiers are located on the first, second, and third floors.
These machines provide excellent copy quality and numerous features including:
- Commodore Card Payment
- Easy Double-sided copying
- Touch screen operation
- Photo mode
- Booklet/magazine copy
- Additionally, the copier located on the 1st floor allows free Color scanning to your email

| Two older Sharp AR-405 digital copiers are located on the second and third floors. These two copiers will still accept Eskind Library copy cards.

Copying Services
Copiers for public use are located on the first three floors of the library. The newer Ricoh Alficio MP 2550 copiers only accept Commodore Card Payment. Money can be added to your card by visiting the Commodore Card Office. The older Sharp AR-405 copiers will still accept library issued copy cards. All copies cost ten cents per page.
Departments wishing to pay for departmental copying or to charge copying to a grant can obtain departmental copy card(s) from the Commodore Card Office at a cost of $10/card. These departmental cards work like a credit card. They begin each month at $0.00 and have a limit of $200 unless the department requests an extension. Each time a copy is made, a charge of $0.10/page is added to the card. At the end of the month, the total on the card will be automatically charged to the account center designated by the department and the amount on the card is reset to $0.00.
We encourage departments to order departmental copy cards right away. Please see a library staff member at the front desk of the Eskind Biomedical Library to obtain the departmental copy card forms.
Departments also have the option of using a departmental p-card to add money to an individual's Commodore Cash account if the individual gives them Guest Account Access. Please contact the Commodore Card Office about this option.
