    Silent Meditation

    Join us in the Center for Student Wellbeing for silent meditation practice.  With practice, meditation helps to quiet the mind, build resiliency, and reduce stress.  Our summer silent meditation sessions are open to undergraduate and graduate/professional students, staff, and faculty.
