    Mixed Martial Arts Circuit Group Fitness Class at VRWC

    Mixed Martial Arts Circuit -- A total body circuit course based on mixed martial art training that incorporates conditioning drills for agility, balance, endurance, focus, speed, strength and personal confidence. The class includes modifiers for beginners and challenge drills for the advanced participants.
