Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Department of Nursing Education and Professional Development and Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, Mildred Stahlman Division of Neonatology present: Annual Symposium
Celebrating 32 Years of Advances and Controversies in Neonatal Medicine
Neonatal and perinatal medicine continues to undergo dramatic change. This is brought about by scientific and clinical factors which enable us to care for increasingly complex diseases utilizing new technology and treatment options. Practitioners in neonatology are challenged to keep up-to-date on clinical issues as well as the current research that will influence future change.
This Annual Neonatology Symposium is designed to offer attendees practical, take-home information that addresses current issues in neonatal-perinatal medicine. Each lecture will be followed by a question and answer period. This format is designed to facilitate interaction and allow for a more thorough exploration of information impacting clinical practice.
Speakers have been selected for their clinical expertise, knowledge of current research, as well as their reputation and ability to present updated information in concise and understandable terms.
