Lose the stress of holiday weight gain by participating in our Hold the Stuffing challenge.
Last year, around 1,100 faculty/staff participated and as a group lost a total of 562 pounds!
Here is how it works: Weigh-in the week prior to Thanksgiving (November 17–26) and again after the New Year. If you maintain your weight within two pounds, you will be entered into a drawing for one of 10 Massage Envy gift cards to be given away. All participants will receive healthy recipes and tips for succeeding in the challenge.
Vanderbilt off-site locations can request a Hold the Stuffing toolkit for your department and stay connected to the fun. Contact Kimberly Tromatore for more information.
