Employees on the main campus will pick up their gift at from 6 a.m. – midnight. The main campus is considered the University and Medical Center main campus or locations within these boundaries: North of I-440, south of I-40, west of I-65, east of West End Avenue (including sites on West End).
One Hundred Oaks
Employees at One Hundred Oaks will pick up their gift at One Hundred Oaks from 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Williamson County or Outlying Areas
Employees who work in Williamson County or outlying areas will have their gifts picked up by their managers. Pick-up will be at the One Hundred Oaks loading dock, from 9-11 a.m.

An Occupational Health nurse will be available from 9 - 10 a.m., December 19th, 2014 at the Vanderbilt Urology Clinic located at 2009 Mallory Lane, Suite 210 to provide TB skin tests and immunizations to Vanderbilt faculty and staff.
This 45-minute class is designed to improve muscle strength and endurance using the water’s resistance and various types of equipment. Non-swimmers are welcome. This class is joint friendly. (all levels)

A fun-filled, joint-friendly aerobic and strength workout in the pool. Non-swimmers are welcome!
Beginner Yoga paced yoga class with a focus on building strength, flexibility, stamina, and balance. Students will learn healthy and healing body alignment in and through yoga poses—breaking poses down so that new or refreshing students can understand how classical yoga postures work and how to implement them in a home practice. Students learn breath awareness and the therapeutic benefits of synching movement with breath. Appropriate for individuals interested in a traditional yoga class, including first time students. Instructors are able to show modifications for each pose and for general health concerns.
