Vanderbilt's Open Enrollment period for 2015 benefits will happen October 15-31, 2014.
Open Enrollment is the time each year when all benefits-eligible Vanderbilt employees can select or make changes to important benefit programs.
Selections made during Open Enrollment will be effective January 1-December 31, 2015, unless you have a qualifying event such as marriage, divorce or the birth or adoption of a child.

An Occupational Health nurse will be available at Medical Grand Rounds, located at 208 Light Hall from 7:30 - 9:30 a.m. on October 23, 2014 to provide flu shots and TB skin tests to Vanderbilt faculty and staff.
From October 1 to November 12, the Eskind Biomedical Library will host a traveling exhibit entitled "Harry Potter’s World: Renaissance Magic, Science and Medicine."
This exhibition will explore the foundations of Harry Potter's world in Renaissance science using materials from the National Library of Medicine and Renaissance-era medical books from Eskind’s History of Medicine Collection. The exhibit will be open Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 5:30, and is open to members of the Vanderbilt community and the Nashville community at large.

The Vanderbilt Farmers Market kicks off the season on June 5. This will mark the sixth year of providing fresh fruits and vegetables, along with local goat cheese, grass-fed meat, healthy baked goods, and artisan foods to the Vanderbilt community. The market will be held on the Medical Center Plaza every Thursday from 3-6 p.m., June 5 to Oct. 30.
