The first 30-minute circuit burns calories and incinerates body fat by power walking on the track, short high-intensity cardio bursts and strength training with body weight, dumbbells, bars, balls and bands. The last half is a 30 minute workout that targets abdominal and back muscles from every angle for a strong, flexible core. Do “OnTrack” before this class for a complete fat burning, muscle toning and core strengthening workout.
