A low impact stationary bike class that will increase your endurance without putting too much impact on your bones and joints. The instructor will guide you through various intervals however you can feel at ease knowing you have the choice of increase resistance or staying where you’re at.
ELNEC training offered here at Vanderbilt for anyone interested. Each session will focus on a different module.
Cost for each module is $25.00

Health Plus offers Babies and You, a prenatal education program to encourage early and consistent prenatal care. Educational sessions on various topics are offered monthly.
This is an interval training class that combines aerobic exercise with strength training. Students use props including handheld weights, steps, Bosu, balance.
