Basics of baby care during the first few weeks of life. Health Plus offers Babies and You, a prenatal education program to encourage early and consistent prenatal care. Educational sessions on various topics are offered monthly.
This is an interval training class that combines aerobic exercise with strength training. Students use props including handheld weights, steps, Bosu, balance.

This one-hour class combines the cardio of spin bikes with the power of weight lifting. Open to all fitness levels, the class will move on and off the bikes for maximum benefit. Along with the bikes, participants may use hand weights, body bars, stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls, and BOSUS as part of the resistance work.

The Vanderbilt Farmers Market kicks off the season on June 5. This will mark the sixth year of providing fresh fruits and vegetables, along with local goat cheese, grass-fed meat, healthy baked goods, and artisan foods to the Vanderbilt community. The market will be held on the Medical Center Plaza every Thursday from 3-6 p.m., June 5 to Oct. 30.
