During National Heart Month in February and National Nutrition Month in March, lower your risk for heart disease by controlling what you can. Participate in a variety of fun and informative events and programs to lower your risk for heart disease.
Measurements for blood pressure, height, weight and body mass index will be offered throughout February. Each participant will be entered into a drawing for one of five “FitBit Zip” Activity Trackers.
