AB Express -- 15 minutes of core exercises using a variety of equipment. What is the core? Chop off the legs, arms and head and that is your core. Participants will utilize props such as stability balls, BOSU balls, body bars, weights, bands and much more. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.
