Phaseolus vulgaris leucoagglutinin (PHA-L) was injected iontophoretically (7s on, 7s off, 5 microamps, 20 minutes) into layer 6 of Primary Visual Cortex (V1) of the Bush Baby (Otolemur garnetti).  The injection was visualized with rabbit anti-PHA-L, followed by donkey anti rabbit Alexa Fleur 488.  Multiple photos at different focal planes were taken with an Olympus microscope and a Spot camera, and processed with CombintZP to produce one in focus image. Photoshop CS2 was used to add false color to the image.
