Occupancy of the One Hundred Oaks facility
is currently projected for the fourth quarter of 2008. Full mail service
there is not planned until that time period.
However, a few things can already be
said:
- Station 17 will have a mailroom on-site,
and VUMC personnel will deliver and pick up both U.S. and campus mail
from clinics and offices.
- U.S. Mail is expected to be delivered to the One Hundred Oaks mailroom by the Melrose Station Post
Office, which means that the U.S. mail zip code wil be 37204.
- Campus mail will be provided by Station 17; all campus zips assigned there
will have the format of 31xx. (In this building, like all other VUMC
installations outside the main complex, there will be no relation between the
U.S. and campus zip codes. To see a list of which buildings are which,
click here.)

The street address of the property, 719 Thompson Lane, will not change.
However, the suite and room numbering scheme will be completely revamped
as part of the renovation.
Moving into this building should be much like other moves within VUMC.

usual through our online form here.
As well as campus issues, we will provide liaison and assistance with USPS
addressing as needed.
