Introduction

Dr. Anne Miller has a Ph.D. in Human Factors Psychology. Prior to coming to Vanderbilt she was the Program Coordinator of the Human Factors Online Post-graduate Program at the University of Queensland in Australia. Her research has included multidisciplinary team coordination, communication and continuity of patient care; clinical information system design for healthcare; training needs analysis; and resilience engineering.
