About Autumn: Autumn received her Bachelor of Science in Management Informations Systems from the University of Alabama in Huntsville in December 2003. After receiving her degree, she was employeed at Florida State University's National High Magnetic Field Laboratory. She joined Vanderbilt University in July 2005.

 About Kim: Kim Unertl is a graduate student in the Biomedical Informatics MS/ PhD program. She graduated from Marquette University with an Honors BS degree in Biomedical Engineering, with a focus on Electrical Engineering. While at Marquette, she spent several semesters as a co- op student with the Biomedical Engineering Department at the VA Medical Center in North Chicago. After graduation, Kim joined Abbott Laboratories where she worked on various hospital laboratory diagnostic system design teams in a variety of roles including software development, electrical engineering, and field service support. Her activities also included assisting in usability testing and human factors activities. Her interests are in the interaction between people, processes and technology and in applying principles of human factors engineering to the design of clinical information systems. Her current project is a study of information needs in chronic disease care.
