CRC Resources - Administration
The CRC administration office is responsible for operational activities of the CRC. Key activities include:
- managing the CRC federal grant and institutional funding
- marketing CRC resources inside and outside the Medical Center
- project recruitment
- planning and coordinating day-to-day operating activities, including implementation of protocols
- Patient registration
- Billing and census record management
- Personnel management
- coordinating staffing, equipment, and facilities needs
