Out-of-town attendees have many options for lodging, but the 2013 Southeast Regional Meeting organizers recommend the following:

The majority of the meeting will be held on the Scarritt Bennett campus (across the street from Vanderbilt's main campus). Scarritt Bennett Center also offers inexpensive lodging.

Scarritt Bennett has 45 twin rooms which can be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis by phone or email. Each twin rooms shares a full bath with the adjoining twin room (with locks on each side for security). There are no tv's in the rooms, but a lounge on each floor offers guests opportunities to socialize and relax.

The Hilton Garden Inn represents a nice alternative for those of you who do not wish to stay at the Scarritt Bennett Center. Meeting organizers have arranged for a bank of 30 rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn to be held for meeting attendees.
