The Program in Developmental Biology routinely sponsors visits by research experts in all facets of developmental biology. We encourage program members to contact us with any speakers whom they would like to invite to campus to interact with, and contribute to the scientific enrichment of our members.

Our next guest will be Connie Cepko, Ph.D. (HHMI Investigator and Professor of Genetics and Ophthamology at Harvard Medical School).  Dr. Cepko isthe PDB Graduate Trainee Invited Speaker and will discuss "Cell Fate Determination in the Vertebrate Retina" on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at 2:15 pm in 208 Light Hall.
