Data Retrieval

The Hormone Assay & Analytical Services Core will analyze and provide data within 2 to 3 weeks of receiving the batch of specimens. This timeline is dependent on workload and in the case of the mouse assays, the number of samples for a given assay and length of incubation time for the assay. The luminex is new technology and not fully utilized. An investigator may request Core personnel to perform the assay or he/she may have a tech trained by the core to run the equipment and collect data. If core personnel performs the assay, there may be a longer turn-around time for this data.

Upon posting of data, each investigator and/or a designated representative will be notified that data is available via his/her project/account number.
