CME Opportunity - Diabetes Prevention and Control Webcast

The Tennessee Diabetes Prevention and Control Program along with Vanderbilt School of Medicine and the Eskind Diabetes Center are offering a CME opportunity to Tennessee health care providers who treat patients with diabetes. 

The webcast program consists of four one hour segments which may be viewed individually and will be available through April.

Vanderbilt is pleased to offer this free CME opportunity to providers as a part of the collaborative effort and are hopeful that providers in Tennessee will find the information in the program useful in their practices.

CME: Vanderbilt School of Medicine designates this educational activity for a maximum of 4 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM.  Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. Vanderbilt School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.  A certificate of attendance will be issued to nurse practitioners, registered nurses, registered dietitians, and certified diabetes educators attending the workshop.
