TRAVEL AND HOUSING INFORMATION

 

Travel and Housing

Participants are responsible for their own travel and housing arrangements.

1. Vanderbilt Dorms through Office of Conferences

Please note that the Conference Office requires students choosing this option to move out by Saturday, August 2nd. Individuals who are staying through the end of the Research Symposium August 7th or later would be required to find short term housing (hotel room, etc.) for the period beyond August 2nd.

Apartments:
$40 for a single bedroom in a shared apartment
$30 for a double bedroom (two people in one bedroom) in a shared apartment
Traditional Dorm Room (meaning no kitchen or bathroom in room):
$38 for a single dorm room
$28 for a double doom room (two people in one room)
