The Vanderbilt Diabetes Center is located in Light Hall - Suite 707. You can enter from the 2nd floor of the hospital (see exact directions).

From the North:

I-65 South to I-40 East.
Take the Broadway/Demonbruen Street exit.
Turn right onto Broadway. Broadway will become West End Avenue. Turn left on 21st Avenue.
Follow the curve around, staying in the right lane.
Continue through three stop lights.
Turn right on Garland Avenue.
Hospital parking garage is on your left.

After parking, take the elevator to the second floor and cross the bridge.
Go through the hospital.
Enter plaza (McDonald's is on your right) — Light Hall is in front of you.
Enter LIGHT HALL.
Take the elevator to the 7th floor. The Diabetes Center is in 707.

From the South:

I-65 to I-440 West.
Take the 21st Avenue/Hillsboro exit.
Turn right on 21st Avenue.
Continue on 21st Avenue.
Turn right on Garland Avenue.
Hospital parking garage is on your left.
After parking, take the elevator to the second floor and cross the bridge.
Go through the hospital.
Enter plaza (McDonald's is on your right) — Light Hall is in front of you.
Enter LIGHT HALL.
Take the elevator to the 7th floor. The Diabetes Center is in 707.

From the East:

I-24 to I-440 West.
Take the 21st Avenue/Hillsboro exit.
Turn right on 21st Avenue.
Continue on 21st Avenue.
Turn left on Garland Avenue.
Hospital parking garage is on your left.
After parking, take the elevator to the second floor and cross the bridge.
Go through the hospital.
Enter plaza (McDonald's is on your right) — Light Hall is in front of you.
Enter LIGHT HALL.
Take the elevator to the 7th floor. The Diabetes Center is in 707.

From the West:

Take I-40 East to I-440 East.
Take the 21st Street/Hillsboro exit.
Turn left on 21st Avenue.
Continue on 21st Avenue.
Turn left on Garland.
Hospital parking garage is on your left.
After parking, take the elevator to the second floor and cross the bridge.
Go through the hospital.
Enter plaza (McDonald's is on your right) — Light Hall is in front of you.
Enter LIGHT HALL.
Take the elevator to the 7th floor. The Diabetes Center is in 707.

From Nashville International Airport:

Exit the airport to I-40 West.
Take I-24 to I-440 West.
Take the 21st Avenue/Hillsboro exit.
Take the 21st Avenue ramp. You will be traveling north.
Continue on 21st Avenue for approximately 1 mile.
Turn left on Garland.
Hospital parking garage is on your left.
After parking, take the elevator to the second floor and cross the bridge.
Go through the hospital.
Enter plaza (McDonald's is on your right) — Light Hall is in front of you.
Enter LIGHT HALL.
Take the elevator to the 7th floor. The Diabetes Center is in 707.

PARKING

There is no charge for parking when parking tickets are validated at the hospital first floor information desk. Complimentary valet parking is available at the 1st floor main entrance.
