Staff and faculty took a satisfaction survey in March, the fourth one since 1999. Results were summarized in a May 26 article in the VUMC Reporter (www.mc.vanderbilt.edu/reporter).

• Members of the VUMC leadership team see an elevate effect in the Medical Center’s rising employee satisfaction scores. • Supervisors will talk with their groups about the survey results and gather their suggestions about further improving job satisfaction. To help promote these discussions, the Office of Human Resources is offering new training for supervisors.
