CRC Protocol Information
To receive support from the CRC, please complete this application CRC APPLICATION and send it to us at gcrc@vanderbilt.edu. There are two methods of requesting support from the CRC, either with your IRB submission or as a CRC submission only.
For IRB Applications Submitted
CRC APPLICATION
In an effort to reduce the burden on investigators submitting protocols to both the IRB and the CRC, we are able to obtain a copy of your IRB application and protocol from the IRB. You will not need to complete the science portion of this CRC application. You will only need to complete the portion that deals with the support you are requesting from the CRC. The detailed instructions are included in the application.
For IRB Applications Not Submitted
CRC APPLICATION
If you have not submitted your IRB application and protocol, please complete the entire CRC application and send to us at gcrc@vanderbilt.edu.
Advisory Committee Meetings
The CRC Advisory Committee, that meets the second and fourth Wednesday of each month, will review your application and determine the level of support for your research. Once we receive your CRC application, it takes about three weeks before your protocol is on the Advisory Committee agenda.
