Posters

*** Posters are printed on Monday, Wednesday and Friday of every week.***

Poster printing can be requested by filling and submitting the poster request form below or by sending an e-mail to Carlos Orozco at Carlos.Orozco@Vanderbilt.edu at least three days prior to the due date.

* SERVICE IS FOR POSTER PRINTING ONLY, NOT FOR DESIGN/CONTENT.
* We can only print posters that follow the size guidelines specified below.
* If emailing, please provide the same information as in the poster request form.

Printing steps:
    - Fill and submit poster request
    - Email response will be sent to acknowledge poster request
    - Email notice will be sent once sample print is ready for review
    - Once sample is approved, final poster is printed and an email is sent to notify the owner

Size Templates

To avoid issues related to slide format/size please use the following poster size templates; click on the size that matches your poster requirements and use it as your poster template.

42 x 36      56 x 42      60 x 42


72 x 42      84 x 42      96 x 42


Guidelines:

* Posters are made using Microsoft Powerpoint and Adobe Acrobat.
* The poster is created using typical objects (text boxes, graphs, pictures, etc).
* When pasting images/graphs/charts use Paste Special and choose as a
    picture (MS PowerPoint).

Poster Size:
Poster size format should be set before you start working on it; size is bound by 42".
Maximun size: 42" x 96" *Longer prints can be done upon approval.
Poster most common size is 42" x 72", though specific dimension may be required by the meeting guidelines.
For posters within 42" x 56", the poster size should be the same as the original.
For posters where the lengh, either height or width, is over 56" the poster size should be set to 50%.
I.E:
Original Size / Working Size
42" x 56"        42" x 56"
42" x 60"        21" x 30"

The CRC Informatics Core is located in Medical Center North, Room A-3101.
