If you must miss a scheduled examination, because of documented illness or other emergency situation, you should contact the course director (before the examination) to discuss make up procedures. A grade of zero will be recorded for each unexcused absence from an examination.

Professionalism

In accordance with the new grading policy of Vanderbilt Medical School, all students will be evaluated for their professional development and values. Issues that will be evaluated in the Cell and Tissue Biology course include: adherence to the honor code, communication skills, attendance of all laboratory preview sessions, punctually and behavior during class, interactions with your peers, teaching assistants, and the faculty.
