About Leading QA/Integrated Testing Efforts
Responsible for leading the QA/Integrated Testing efforts for various types of projects including the following:
Vendor software product (Maxsys UM System) In-house developed software product (MyHealthAtVandy Product) A new software release (Medipac, Epic, Rehab. Ancillary Systems) A software enhancement (Children's Financial Pavilion Enhancements)

Testing Team
Includes a QA Team Lead as well as Key User Testers assigned to the testing effort by the Project Team.

Key User Testing Team Members' Role
Responsible for defining testing requirements (what is to be tested), creating test scenarios (how each testing requirement is to be tested step-by-step), performing manual tests, and reporting testing results back to the QA Team Lead.

QA Team Lead's Role
Responsible for leading and coordinating the testing effort, running automated tests, and ensuring that the QA Best Practices are followed.
