OUTLOOKPublic FoldersChange the Folder ViewThe primary purpose of the Key Contacts and Assistants Contact List is to provide the name and phone number of each executive's support staff, where applicable. None of the standard Outlook folder views display this information; therefore a custom view has been created that will show this data in a compact table format. To use this view, make sure the Key Contacts folder is open (see Open the Folder). Next, go to the View menu and select Arrange By, then Current View, then Contacts with Assistants.
The new view should display the name, title, department, assistant's name, and assistant's phone. Depending on your computer and Outlook settings, you may have to scroll horizontally or adjust column widths to see all columns or information.
