- Augmented electronic resource collection to include 273 full-text titles
- Expanded clinical informatics consult service to 7 critical care units
- Developed information outreach service for patients and families

- Intelligent pharmacy interface based upon clarification of provider/dispensing order boundary
- JAVA version of Wiz-order client for NT-based shared workstations
- Wiz-notes function to support template based inpatient note editing
