Proteomics

Our principal approach to analyzing protein damage is through the use of proteomics approaches, which enable assessment of damage on a proteome-side scale in cells and tissues. We employ multiple proteome analysis approaches, including multidimensional liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS-MS) and differential two dimensional gel electrophoresis (DIGE).
