The Vanderbilt International Office (VIO) Grants Program

The Vanderbilt International Office (VIO) Grants Program has two objectives:

1)  to enhance the research and teaching programs at Vanderbilt by providing seed funding to establish selective international research collaborations and exchanges;

2)  to promote the academic reputation of Vanderbilt outside the U.S. and to enhance recruitment of international faculty and students.

All full-time faculty, staff, and graduate/professional students are eligible to participate in exchanges, but the Vanderbilt project director and submitter of the proposal must be a tenured or tenure-track faculty member (or the equivalent at Blair School of Music).
