The Program in Human Simulation offers two solutions for reviewing and annotating exam videos recorded in our facility:

1. Schedule time in our facility for you and your advisor/students to review your videos and annotate on-site.
2. Follow the instructions below to set up your computer to be compatible with our system.

    Solution 1–
If you wish to schedule time in our facility, please contact Sandy Davis-Carter at 936-8764. We ask that you make her aware of your intent to review on-line videos so she can also schedule technical help to be on-hand should you need assistance.

    Solution –2
Directions for setting up your computer:
The complexity of our system requires some specific criteria be met before attempting to view and annotate videos off-site.

If you are a PC user and have a current version of QuickTime, please uninstall (Start> Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs> QuickTime).
Download and install the version of QuickTime from the link below:

7. Type in “554” as your port ID.
8. Click “OK”
9. Reload the B-Line webpage.

If you are a Mac user, you do not need to uninstall your current version of QuickTime.

Using Firefox as your browser also seems to add stability. Especially for those using Internet Explorer 7 on a computer running Windows Vista.
