Access 2 Academic Information allows students to access personal academic record information online.Address change
The Office of Student Records provides access to update your local address and phone number online. Changes to permanent (parent) or second parent addresses & phone numbers requires student to make changes in writing with the Office of Student Records.
Grade Reports
Students enrolled in MD programs can access individual grades and evaluations only if the student has completed all course evaluations. When a student has fulfilled this requirement, their grades will become accessible by logging into the Student Portal and clicking ' View My Grades/Evaluations' from the menu on the left. Students in BRET graduate programs, can access their grades and evaluations by logging into the Trainee Database and click ‘VSM Online Grade View’.
Name Change
A currently enrolled student may file a request for a name change with the Office of Student Records. Name change requests must be accompanied by supporting documentation, such as:
- Court Order
- Divorce Decree
- Marriage Certificate
- Birth Certificate
Note: A driver's license or social security card is not valid documentation for a name change
