Online Grading System facilitates online grading and evaluations for students and residents.

Faculty Database

The Faculty Database offers online tools for management of public profile pages, publication repository, compliance links, and tools for CV and Biosketch building.

OAK (Online Access to Knowledge / Blackboard)

Vanderbilt University supports OAK, a course management software. Course directors wishing to use its features for their course, free of charge, should contact donna.schot@vanderbilt.edu. or call 3-4942 - Learn more about OAK.

Curriculum Brochure

Each year course directors are encouraged to enter the curriculum brochure system and review and edit information about their course that appears in the online curriculum brochure. Faculty are asked to login to the Student Portal where the system will present the opportunity for course directors to update course information and descriptions. Changes made in this online tool are immediately posted in the online curriculum brochure.

KnowledgeMap (KM)

Each year, course directors input their lecture schedules in the KM system. This lecture information populates the student's online lecture schedule . Course directors and course lecturers are also encouraged to upload lecture handouts and/or PowerPoint presentations used in their lectures. KnowledgeMap has become the central repository that our students use to locate course documents and to search for concepts or content within the entire curriculum. Faculty can also access the KM system through the Student Portal.
