The bedroom is comfortable.. hardwood floors, queen size bed, nightstand, dresser and an antique armoire that the television sits on. There are 1 1/2 closets in the room as well. Linens, towels, etc. furnished.

All utilities are included. There is wireless internet service and Comcast on Demand. The kitchen is very well stocked as far as pots, pans, etc. Very comfortable room to cook in. The house itself is an older brick ranch with lots of trees in the neighborhood. Great area for walking, biking, jogging.

This location is simply the best. Downtown is 5 miles, Green Hills Mall is 2.5 miles, Hillsboro Village/Vanderbilt appox. 3 miles, and the airport is about 15 minutes away. We have been renting to visiting med students on rotation at Vanderbilt. It has worked out well for both sides.

We would love to have a mature person here. You more than likely would not be happy here if you are a big party animal. We have professional jobs, one works in advertising and the other in the music/restaurant business. We are music lovers and love to cook. There is also a 85 pound dog that lives here. He is well behaved. We would consider someone with a dog as long as it is well behaved. The back yard is fenced which is a plus when you have a dog.

We welcome one month stays. Rent is $700.00 per month.

I am located in an apartment next to "the Grove," if you are familiar with the area. It is a five minute drive to school, even in 8 a.m. traffic. (Quicker when you will be going in!) My spare bedroom is nicely furnished, with a comfortable twin bed, dresser, desk, good lighting, and even hangers to spare! Linens, towels, and other amenities provided, and feel free to use anything you find in the kitchen while you are here.

Rent includes all utilities, including wireless high-speed internet. Laundry facilities in the basement are clean and cheap. No cable availability, but I get the major public stations and have a nice new television to watch them on. We would share a bathroom, but the vanity and shower area are separate, and I have never found it to be a problem with others.

I am very clean and considerate, and looking for the same in a roommate. Move-in and out dates are fairly flexible according to your schedule.
