Presentations describe i) the analytical platforms and instrumentation used in the Proteomics Laboratory, ii) the types of data generated from MS analyses of proteins and peptides, iii) approaches to representative proteomics problems, iv) use of Proteomics Laboratory software and database tools (CHIPS). Users Workshops are scheduled when 20 individuals register. To register, contact Loretta Collier. Workshop for Laboratory Directors and PIsThis one-day workshop is offered annually (in May or June) and is directed at faculty and laboratory directors who are planning projects or grant applications involving proteomics approaches. This workshop is presented jointly by the Proteomics Laboratory and the Tissue/Serum Proteomics Laboratory. Presentations given by the Directors and Associate Directors of both Laboratories emphasize the latest advances in techniques and applications.
