Join Angel Bachuss, M.S., exercise specialist at the Kim Dayani Center, as she offers guidelines to prepare you for running or walking a half marathon.
Learn the basics of training, nutrition, hydration, cross training and stretching that will get you to the finish line. Whether you are running for a charity event, fitness or pure enjoyment, you can begin your training here or learn new techniques to improve your running.
