Chef's Specials in the Courtyard Cafe, March 21-25
The Courtyard Café now hosts creative hot menu items at its Innovation Station each Tuesday and Thursday.
Tuesday March 22:
Hunter steak salad, grilled flank steak, mixed greens, tomatoes, fresh mushrooms with a sun-dried tomato vinaigrette - $4.99
Thursday March 24:
Pan roasted tilapia, fresh asparagus, cilantro rice and pineapple relish - $6.99 (this entrée is a wellness offering.)
Next week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, Salad Sensations will feature a shrimp Caesar special salad - $5.99.
