Encountering the Distressed Customer Training, Offered by Work/Life Connections-EAP

Some may just be downright rude. This workshop is designed to help front-line staff understand and defuse these situations before they get out of hand.

Instructor: Jim Kendall, LCSW
7:30-8:30 a.m. in Medical Arts Building, room 029
