Seven Habits of Healthy People Program Available
Vanderbilt Health Plus and Inspire Health are proud to offer the opportunity to participate in the program, "The Seven Habits of Healthy People," designed to empower participants to change and become healthier.
Developed with training firm FranklinCovey, "The Seven Habits of Healthy People" is a one-day engaging experience based on the principles found in the book, "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People," by Stephen R. Covey.
Choose to experience this program as a one-day workshop on Monday, Oct. 10, or as a 12-week program where groups meet once per week beginning Tuesday, Oct. 11, for 45 minutes. Registration deadline is Wednesday, Oct. 5. Learn more.
