New Health Plus Group Fitness Schedule Now AvailableHealth Plus announces the new fourth quarter group fitness schedule.
The schedule offers a variety of group fitness classes for all levels and interests at the main Kensington Garage location and at satellite locations. Choose from Functional Fitness, Step, Aqua Aerobics, Body Shaping, Yoga, Zumba, Pilates, Kickboxing and others.
