Holly Tucker, Ph.D., to present Dean's Lecture, noon, Monday, Dec. 5
The School of Medicine Dean’s Lecture Series presents Holly Tucker, Ph.D., of the Center for Medicine, Health and Society, associate professor of French, and the author of “Blood Work” and “Pregnant Fictions: Childbirth and the Fairy Tale in Early-modern France.”
Tucker will be speaking on, "Blood in the Scientific Revolution: Science, Society and the First Transfusions."
The lecture will be at noon on Monday, Dec. 5, in 208 Light Hall.
