Work/Life Connections presents "Encountering the Distressed Customer," 7:30 a.m., Tuesday, Dec. 6

"Encountering the Distressed Customer" will be a Career Ladder Series presentation on Tuesday, Dec. 6, in 029 Medical Arts Building. The presenter will be Jim Kendall, LCSW, manager of Work-Life Connections/EAP.

This workshop is designed to help front-line staff understand and defuse  situations with difficult people before they get out of hand. Each class qualifies as a customer service class for the PSR career ladder advancement, one contact hour each.
