Health Plus announces new group fitness options

 

The Health Plus group fitness schedule for the first quarter of 2012 has been announced, and includes lots of new classes.

Try things like Group Fitness 101, which teaches the basics, Kettlebell Chaos for intermediate/advanced exercisers or mid-day tai chi at the Vanderbilt Orthopaedic Institute.
