Memory loss awareness event and screening to be Saturday, Nov. 3
A breakfast reception memory loss awareness event and free community screening will be held Saturday, Nov. 3. A reception and discussion will be held from 8 to 10:30 a.m., with screenings following at the Vanderbilt Marriott, 2555 West End Ave.
If you're 60 or older and have noticed a significant change in your memory — or if this describes a loved one — you may want to hear this informative information session led by a panel Vanderbilt doctors who specialize in memory loss among older adults. Learn more about patient resources and research opportunities for older adults with memory loss. A free memory screening will also be available throughout the afternoon following the event.
Space is limited for the lecture and screening.
Free parking is available in Centennial Park just across West End, or paid parking is available in the 2525 garage next door to the Marriott.
